What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture and decor?
Most decor items are processed within 2 business days and delivered within 5-7 days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks depending on your location and white-glove service availability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
Are your kitchenware products dishwasher safe?
Quality varies by collection. While most of our ceramic and stainless steel ranges are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing our premium stoneware and wooden boards to maintain their finish.
